Shipping policy

Orders under $100, unless otherwise stated via promotion or special circumstances, shipping will be paid for by the customer as part of the transaction cost presented before checkout.  These rates are discounted rates negotiated by Shopify on behalf of the millions of shoppers world wide.

Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the United States. 

If for some reason the product does not arrive or is delivered damaged, please e-mail hello@tryvenwell.com immediately so that we can address the issue and get replacement VenWell sent out asap.
